NGC 6912 is a barred spiral [galaxy](https://spacecatalog.org/galaxies) SBc in the constellation [Capricornus](https://spacecatalog.org/constellation/capricornus), 323.0 Mly from Earth, shining at apparent magnitude 13.22 (V). Other catalogues list it as 2MASX J20265207-1837022, ESO 596-038 and ESO 596-38, among 10 designations in total. It was discovered in 1881.
